Jake Steinmann is StrongFirst Kettlebell instructor (SFG) and StrongFirst barbell instructor (SFL). He is also a twenty-year veteran of the martial arts, holding instructor certifications in Muay Thai under Kru Mark Dellagrotte and Coach Tony Blauer.
Jake offers seminars, private lessons, and classes through Sityodtong Muay Thai Academy, and through his own business. He is dedicated to the idea that proper physical training can be a vehicle for transformative experience, and to helping his students use training to have a positive impact on their lives.
