Has anyone read any of Thomas Kurz's stuff? I've heard it's really great information. I've read Pavel's stuff on stretching but it's always good to get another perspective.
 
+1 for Thomas Kurz.

I really like his approach and you will find he and Pavel are in agreement on many of the "rules" of stretching. Kurz covers more of the Dynamic Stretching and that worked great for me.
 
Yeah, sorry. I was searching for more information after posting this and found more than enough people talking about it vs. RIS. My bad.

And to Mike Moran, Thank you for the input! I actually just started reading it and it's pretty great so far.
