Yesterday i actually managed to do 100 reps with 32 kg with one handed swings and hit the 5 min mark. But i had to rest for 4 mins until i could complete the getups with 32 kg with 1*5 reps. Im guessing it will take a couple of workouts until i reach the goal with 1 min resting period in between one arm swings and the get up. In Januari i could only do a one handed swing with 20 kg but i followed Kettlebell burn 2.0 and not S&S. If somebody back then told me i would do this today in would laugh
Keep at it, almost there!
Today i actually made it!! I reduced my restperiod from 4 min to 1 min and it felt good. I had doubts i would ever get there.

I also was thinking at my Simple that this 1min is too little to fully recover, but started doing get upss anyway and my breathing stabilized around 3rd-4th rep.
