You should probably step away from Teh Intarnets if you can't see through that one, Reuben's.
 
Reading through that "article" was the equivalent of watching a Transformers trailer at the theater: in your face, loud, and made me want to run away before I saw what I paid to see.
 
I read through most of it - it's not bad information, really, although it's not as clearly organized as it could be and therefore I'm not sure how useful it would be to a trainee.

JMO, YMMV.
