I’ve been using kettlebells since 2007. However, it wasn’t until I started training at Mojo Strength in around 2013 that I soon found out I had so much more to learn about using these wonderful tools of strength.

Since then, I’ve attended many StrongFirst workshops which opened my eyes to how little I knew about proper technique and the full use that kettlebells could be put to.

I attained my SFG1 Certificate in 2016 and currently work part-time at Mojo Strength as a Strength Coach.

One of my interests is in mobility and the impact this can cause on training and life in general when it is limited. I like to work with people to assist them in overcoming any limitations they may have, thereby improving their overall fitness, quality of life and helping them to achieve their goals.
