Dave is also available for half-day kettlebell workshops and one on one coaching for serious trainers or coaches wanting to prepare for a StrongFirst event.

Dave pushes me, supports me, and most importantly listens to me re my age/injuries & lifestyle, goals and helps me achieve them... he mixes up the training, adds mobility, strength and cardio .. there are times I walk away hating on Dave, trying not to throw up - they are my best sessions ...
I love the kettlebell sessions ... took me a while to master them now im addicted ... Oh and the food .. Dave's knowledge on food and how that flows into training & my lifestyle is invaluable. The best kettlebell coach I have had. I did a few one on one sessions with Dave probably about a year ago. Fantastic coach, he taught me the fine mechanics of kettlebell lifting so I am able to train myself at home with my own kettlebells. Breaks things down to minute details, and to top it off he's a very friendly and engaging instructor. I can't recommend him enough.
