profilephoto01-0013700000DTuSBAA1I started training with kettlebells in 2015 and took the leap to go for the StrongFirst SFG 1 certification in Boston the summer of 2016. It ended up being one of the most incredible weekends of my life, and I am so grateful for being a part of the StrongFirst community.

I am passionate about the growth and continual self-improvement that kettlebell training encourages, and am dedicated to share the physical and mental benefits it can provide; particularly with women who are new to lifting weights.

I started my own "Ladies Who Lift" class at YMAA in Boston in January 2017, and have also hosted several introductory kettlebell workshops at the studio to introduce kettlebells to ladies who are just getting started in weight lifting. It makes my heart SO HAPPY and I love it.

My passion is to encourage strength, *sane* eating, and mindfulness strategies to help others build sustainable, healthy habits towards a joyful life. I currently offer in-person and online distance coaching, and would love to connect if you are interested in working with me! I love connecting with other StrongFirst family, and am always open to opportunities to network, host workshops/events, meet up for a lift, or even just a coffee!
