The knowledge and experience I received as a registered nurse laid the perfect foundation for understanding how complex our bodies are and the pure importance of good movement and nutrition.

In my hopes to help people stay away from the hospital, I first started teaching group exercise classes. That then lead me to become a Certified Personal Trainer. Through further study and my own personal fitness journey, I have learned that the same fitness and nutrition plan doesn’t work for everyone. Each person is different in finding what will make them stronger than the day before.

This is a job that I can’t call “work” as it is fun as well as very rewarding.

I have worked with a variety of clients, all with different goals, medication conditions, joint issues, physical needs, and a range of ages. Weight loss, improving endurance, race preparation, corrective exercises, post-rehab, nutritional planning, and kettlebells are just a few of the areas of experience I have.

In addition to my StrongFirst Girya Level 1 certification, I currently hold the following certifications: NASM Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, EXOS Performance Specialist, Precision Nutrition Level 2, and FMS Level 1 & 2.

But ultimately it is working with my clients as a wellness coach and developing a close relationship that is the key to how success happens. It is all about being the best you for yourself and your loved ones.
