One of the "OGs" of the fitness profession, Lance has seen the trends come and go, and which principles stand the test of time. I would consider him the Qui-Gon Jinn of fitness.

Lance is perhaps the best kept secret in the pdx fitness world.
When you consider working with Lance, ask yourself if you wish for the absolute best instruction in strength, movement, and most importantly, perfect form. This is what he brings to the table for your time and energy, along with somebody who is indeed passionate about his work and his clients.
You will get exact direction, a great workout, become part of an awesome community, and will stay safe with your movements all of this thanks to his many years of expertise and experience.

It is no wonder many professionals in fitness and body movement/correction seek him out directly. He knows his stuff.

I have worked with Lance for a number of years and can attest that he is indeed the real deal. Initially, I was looking for quick instruction on form to take home so I would not hurt myself, and instead gained so much more than I ever expected. I have attended his regular classes and workshops, learned so much about movement and strength and also made many friends.

Because of Lance's instruction, I have been able to stay away from injury, something causing me extreme problem. I have built and maintained muscle mass to my needs, have continually hit PRs in various road races, and while running causes me to continually work on flexibility, I just move and feel better now due to Lance's help.

I would give him 6 stars with extra +'s if I could.

Lance is absolutely all he is cracked up to be. Capable, professional, and personable with a great ability to communicate through real-time cueing and an immense understanding of human movement. If you need kettlebell instruction; you couldn't do any better.
