Nine years ago, I committed to a new journey. Starting with general fitness and Muay Tai, I was fortunate to then be introduced to kettlebells and the StrongFist community. Their commitment to strength and approach to training had me in awe, asking “where and how do I start?”
As I progressed in my new training, and through the principles that I learned and practiced, I was able to rewrite my past “wrongdoings” and acquired the healthy lifestyle that I’d always wanted. And it’s a message that I love to share: through training and perseverance, you will reap many benefits along your path to glory. That was the spark behind Rumble Lifestyle & Fitness Center—Lebanon’s first and only StrongFirst Accredited Gym. We stand above others as we serve a higher purpose with integrity. To me, it's a privilege like no other, and for that, I'm forever grateful.
