Its first and foremost about the duration of the work interval. But you want to develop high power too. So snatches and swings are better choices.

Too heavy a load and your power drops. So for C&J, moderately heavy. Emphasis on moderate.

Riley, I won't promise anything, but I am taking some personal time next month. If lightening strikes, I'll spit out the A+A book that's been in my head for a couple of years. Heck, if I look through all of my notes, it's probably mostly written already.

Again: No promises...
If you do, please release in Canada.

Mark, the interwebz is world wide, to my knowledge.
You would be shocked as how much difference there is in price and variety between Amazon US and Canada. Then there is shipping and the duties. I ordered two book when I was in college in Buffalo (staying with relatives in Ft Erie Canada) from Amazon US. They were like $30 in total US (our dollar was at par at the time but now would add 30+% to the total cost with exchange rate). Shipping was $15. I also had to pay a $15 duty on the bloody books. Oh yeah, that was awesome. So yeah the internet it the world, but there still are barriers.

Relax Mark; if it comes to fruition, you would be purchasing it as a PDF ebook directly from me.

I know PDF's and other electronic formats are the wave of the future for books, but I confess to not liking them much. And I made the mistake - only once! - a few months ago of asking that a relatively short PDF I had be printed at my local UPS store in at least a somewhat familiar format: color, both sides of the paper. I ended up paying close to $1 per page, some $60 for a book that, next time, I'll print at home in black and white, and put into a loose leaf notebook.

All that said, I do understand the choice of a PDF, even more so because I see how expensive regular printing has become.

I prefer hard copies as well. So many books I would love to buy, but only available in US with no electronic version is usually a deal breaker for me. I have explained this to a few authors. One was like "Wow! I had no idea. That explains why no one orders from Canada!"

Definitely hope the book comes out :)

Regards format, I prefer the physical as it is much easier to flip through and look at, but I do love the convenience of the eBook and the fact I can have multiple books on a thin electronic device that I can carry with me on travels....

Another +1 for the book here, good to know that it will be digital, it will be much easier to get it in EU :)

As I build my next program which starts in 3 weeks (hurray! finally the end of a rehab focused program!) I was struck by the following sentence in this video "Strong Endurance is recovering overnight and feeling great".

That's now my major focus.
