Thanks. I took a long time off to let my traps and left knee heel. Neither location is back to full health, but at least I'm able to do swings. I haven't tried get-ups since early August. I may experiment with them over the weekend.It is good to see you making progress @Smile-n-Nod. Keep up the good work!
