10 minute session of bottoms up presses, squats, and carries with 16kg
A few bottoms up presses with 24kg later
Yesterday turned out to busier than expected but I was able to get in little spurts of activity when I had the time. It turned out to be really enjoyable! I definitely want to start doing more bottoms up work.
