Would the PTTP program work with the snatch and clean and jerk? As these lifts are technique heavy Im thinking the high frequency will benifit them well.
I was thinking to alternate cycles of...
- Snatch, clean and jerk
- 2x snatch pull + snatch + 2x hang snatch, power clean + 2x front squat + 2x jerk
Obviously ending the cycle and starting a new one if I hit a PR or if I fail a lift.
