Bodyweight Double Reps in 2 Weeks

I want to keep my question short:

I' am training 5/6 times per week for a few months now (mostly strength training).
So I can do ~25 pushups, ~10 pullups, ~10 dips and ~10 pistol squads with perfect form in one set.

My goal is to double those reps in the next two weeks. (50 pushups, 20 pullups, 20 dips, 20 pistol squads)

How and how often would you train to achieve this?

Stew's plan is the only way I would attempt it also and I wouldn't expect to succeed either. Stew's plan is specifically written for someone that has not been training and is in a pinch for a sudden PFT. You've been training for a few months and have likely already seen most of the results you would achieve from Stew's plan.

you want to go from 10 pistol squats on each leg to 20 in two weeks?

10 pull ups to 20 pull ups in two weeks?

how many people do you know who can do 20 pull ups, much less progress from 10 to 20 in a matter of 14 days?

did you read Please Read Before Posting ?

Why?

The only part of this I absolutely DONT see happening is double pull-ups, but the others sound doable.

I may be heckled, but I think that the difference between 25 & 50 pushups, 10 & 20 dips, 10 & 20 pistols, is mostly the mental grit to simply keep going.

Kind of like if you can run 5 miles you can probably already do a half marathon.

Pull-ups require more strength than....any of these moves. Doubling that? Consider switching to the easiest grip possible - parallel or chinup, usually not overhand for most people. The strength/endurance just probably won’t be there in such a short time.

But, as others said, why?
