12 holds is much better for me than 15...I have a hard time sitting still for a full 15 holds. 3xL15 in the morning with 1-2XL16 in the evening will be the baseline.

Went far better than expected, given I’d went through the same training session yesterday. I perceived that the weights moved a little slower today, but form was tight. Went good. Well, except for my thumbs...they're hurting a bit.
Late posting cuz I was exhausted; passed out for a good hour this afternoon after this.
