This is inspired by my journey into "Mass Made Simple" by Dan John and lots of squats. It's a topic I have not seen around here either. We all love max strength training/challenges, but how about rep challenges at your bodyweight? Here are a few of mine

Bench Press - I have done my bodyweight (147 at the time, lifted 150) for 6 reps

Military Press - Max I have hit was at my SFL, I did a single at 115, weighted in at 146 that day. Not close to my bodyweight (yet!)

Back Squat - I didn't do exactly bodyweight, but I took 165 lbs at a bodyweight of 152 lbs for a ride 18 (!) times in my last Mass Made Simple workout.

Front Squat - I want to try this soon. I have done 175 for 4, so I want to hit bodyweight for 12-15 reps.

Deadlift - at 147 lbs, I have done 185 for an "easy" 10 reps. Never tried this one for max reps, but this was always my best lift bar none. I wonder if I could hit 20.

This numbers are from my training:
- Bench press: 70 kg at 69 kg for 2 reps.
- Deadlift: 66 kg at 68 kg for 20 reps. Could get 20 reps more if i grind
- Back squat: sets of 5 with 70 kg in few years ago.
- MP: i use kettlebell- 66 kg press at 68 kg for 1 rep.

I haven't really done rep maxes with bodyweight on most exercises but I'll play along and try to make reasonable estimations.

I weigh about 300 lbs.

Bench press: 3-5 reps, depending on the day. This is clearly my worst lift of the bunch.

Military press: zero. But some day, I will do at least a single.

Back squat: I've done an easy set of 15 not that long ago. I'd say at least 20.

Haven't done front squats. I've done zercher squats but kept them at triples at best. If I had to guess, 10-15 reps of zerchers.

Deadlift: this is the hardest one to estimate. This clearly feels the lightest. I almost never lift with this weight, I typically start with four plates or so. I think at least 20.

I weigh between 64-67kg (140-148lbs)

Bench press: 10 reps easy; I use 60kg as my warm-up weight and have never maxed-out. This is probably my strongest lift.

Deadlift: Probably 20 but I've never done any more than 6 reps per set.

Back Squat: 8-10; this is my weakest lift

Front Squat: 0; due to a mixture of long forearms and limited wrist mobility I can't front squat safely.

Military Press: 0 (I currently max out at around 50kg)

I may have to actually give this a try and see how close my estimates are.

Sad face on this one for females. Would be very hard to bench press or press body weight. Bench press is achievable, but would take a long time. Not there yet for 1 rep.

Anyway I haven't tested, but my guess is that I could squat my bodyweight (173 lb) for 10-12 reps, and deadlift it for 15-20. Last time I tested front squat I could do 155 lb, so that would take some training, too.

Deadlift: Probably 20 but I've never done any more than 6 reps per set.

You should try an AMRAP set sometime. It's a really weird feeling to get out of breath from deadlifts, but it will happen! Just make sure to quit before your form goes bad or you get lightheaded (if you have that tendency).

@q.Hung ok hahaha I was going to say, if that's with one arm...I'd need to see it to believe it!
Also, I'm quite surprised - your MP and BP are fairly close. Most people seem to have a BP much higher

sorry i didn't mean to make you confusion. I haven't trained the Bench press since December 2017, so that might explain something

I'm doing AMRAP sets right now and this is so true. I keep adding weight in the hope of getting the rep range down but the AMRAP set has still been high. 12 to 15 reps on squats and up to 10 reps on deadlifts. Both has me breathing like I just did some cardio.

3 weeks in after 4-5 years not lifting (at 180lbs):
Squats: 10lbs over body weight for 12
Deadlifts: bodyweight for 7
Bench and press I'm not there yet

Been a long time since I've done a lot of these, but at my best - bodyweight 80kg (currently a bit heavier)

Bench x 20
Squats x 55
Press x 4

Deadlifts I wouldn't have a clue but touch and go have done thirty three reps with 140kg so 80kg would be a lot of reps, enough to not want to make me try ROFL

I can't really say what mine would be at BW but here are some of my best RM

@ BW of 175

Deadlift - I've done a 20 rep set @ 265 and it was death. Most recent was 310 x 15 (also death), 325 x 12

Bench -170 x 15

Squat - Also like to hit some 20 rep squats during 5/3/1, never went all out with my bodyweight though.
265 x 12

Press- 140 x 5 (Would really like to press bodyweight just once!!!)

To the peoples posting on here who are pressing bodyweight overhead for reps, I salute you.

I don't know because I only train with sandbags for weight. But I'm pretty confident i could deadlift my weight.. 185lbs and maybe bench my weight... I never have tested my max or train to failure. I can overhead press probably 130lbs if i had to guess.
