Did you notice some benefits from doing it ? Can it some kind of stand alone or deload program ?

Havent done it long enough to report back, you do notice an immediate hip flexor stretch, as well as a full body stretch from the 1 minute workout
 
Thanks Jak, I have been looking for a "do this" yoga book but looking up yoga stuff on google and youtube sends me into total despair. Read it and looking forward to trying it out

there's a book called "The Daily 30" which is quite good, similar, and cheap as well
