Hello,

are there more Strong Endurance special events planned in 2020 preferably in Europe? Unfortunately I won't be able to attend the workshop in Budapest in September.
Because of my work I have to plan my vacations for 2020 very far ahead (mid December) so even any periods of time would be very helpful for me.

Thank you in advance.
Best, Tobias

@Tobias K., the best way to stay informed about newly-scheduled events is to subscribe to our weekly newsletter.

You might also consider All Terrain Conditioning, a different event but one built on Strong Endurance principles.

@Steve Freides Thank you for the answer, Steve. I will do so and hope that there will be an event (in Europe) I can attend to.
Is there a post explaining the distinction between SE and ATC?

I would read the descriptions of both carefully and if you still have questions, contact Derek Toshner, who will be teaching ATC.

Looks like ATC teaches the movements -- deadlifts, swings, get-ups, and power push-ups. So it's hands-on.

Strong Endurance is all seminar/lecture, unless you volunteer to demo one of the protocols, as many people do, during the lecture.

@Tobias K. ATC gives you the “wave top” version of StrongEndurance principles, you will learn the fundamental how and why, but you will not go too deep into it. And as Anna pointed out, it is also a user course, where you will also learn and practice the fundamental movements. If you already have a good grasp of StrongEndurance principles, then the full SE course is the way to go, if not, then ATC is a great foundational course.

I loved the course (ATC) and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone.
