Coming back after a long lay off. My spark ignited when I read S&S 2.0. I reached Simple in late 2017 IIRC. But that run was a forced run trying to achieve Simple without understanding the principles of S&S. My official journey starts on Monday, just wanted to show a clip of a swing set to see if there is any glaring mistakes. There are a few details I see like the head should be more in line with my spine and power drop off nearing the end of the set.

Looking really good to me. Maybe a bit inconsistent from rep to rep (timing, extension, head position etc.). But as long as you are mindful I guess this will sort itself out.

Looks great Stefan!

The bell looks very light for you, 24k?

I would say stand taller at the top, maybe practice standing in the tall position with back to the wall, then you can feel the correct head position. Head and shoulders back a bit and you have it nailed pretty well. (y)

try this, open up your chest and engage the lat at the lockout it may actually give you the position everyone else who commented before me have been looking for

Thanks Bret! You are right its a 24k. Should problably use the 32 but I want to work on the form and easing in on the weight and volume. The doms in my hamstrings are no joke :)
