Hello,
So, as with a lot,of you, I find myself with a lot of time at home. Thank god for mý kettlebell!
I am working from home and my kettlebell is right there. On a good day I can do 5 reps each hand with it. On average my sessions are 3x3.
I am thinking of doing GTG for the next couple of weeks (lockdown here just got extended) what would be a solid number? Would doing a single rep 5 times through the day be enough to make progress?
This would be 5 reps through the day and then the full 3x3 on pressing days
Or does GTG need more stimulus than a single rep to be effective?
Thanks in advance, I hope you are all keeping safe in these crazy times
