Hi everyone,
What do you think about mixing those principles of training:
-Everyday GTG on multiple exercises
Push-ups, dips, pull-ups, crunches, bw squats (pistols). The idea isn't to focus on one exercice, but to be active all the day by doing many easy sets of different exercises (far away from failure, always explosive). I know some tactical units train like this.
-4 times week: A+A for 20-30 minutes (kettlebell swings*5, or KB thrusters*3)
-2 times week: LSD (biking or hiking)
Did some of you experiment this type of training? What are your remarks?
Best,
