So whenever I do a few sets of overhead press or a Turkish get up, I'll get sweaty and so will my forearms on which my kettlebell rests. The bell then slips off the center of my forearm and will fall off my wrist all together if I do not rotate it. I'm sure that this is not the proper form.

Does anyone have any idea how to fix this or a work around? Any insights are much appreciated. I've literally had no luck finding any info on this topic elsewhere on the internet.

I am thinking that with the ideal balance of the load, it would still tend to stay in the desired orientation even with little friction as far as the contact with your arm... So my first thought would be upload a video of your press and/or get-up and we can see if there's any improvements to make there.

Other than that, I might suggest a sweatband of some sort for your arm -- maybe cut the foot off a sock and slip that over your forearm? I can't think of any downside to doing that, so it's worth a try!

1. Video
2. Use a sweatband and/or wipe your forearm before you do your next set

I have the tiniest wrists you can imagine which doesn't help stabilizing the bell on the forearm, yet a combination of wrist guards and crushing the bell with my grip while making sure there is no wrist extension (bending) seems to do the job for me.

Sounds strange to me... How do you grip the bell? Which part of the handle? What kind of bell do you use?
