Hello,

Below are two website with some bodyweight CrossFit sessions. The second link comes from the official website. I do not know if everyone gets his gym open again so...

I am aware that CrossFit per se is not really approved by SF training standards, this is why I took bodyweight WOD only, because they are supposed to be less harmful. A nice thing about CF is the notion of "function before form", as we can find in SF.

I actually just started to follow The Murph Challenge on instagram. Looks brutal and fun. Will probably give it a go. Really like their workouts they post throught the week.

To make the topic more open, what are the thoughts on CF (mainly bodyweight then) ? I include here the WODs with difficult moves such as pistols and HSPU (for instance)

I'm not familiar with Crossfits bodyweight WODs? Is there a list or some examples?
