Hi its look very interesting to me...

My personal experience : I do A+A snatches for five with medium Bell for me (36kg-40kg) for last two years

I was very interested in the article
my personal opinion:

I am a member of the army and like every year and last year I underwent a 15km accelerated transfer with a backpack vest helmet and a weapon of a total of 50lbs on myself and I had the best time in my career stating that last year I did not run once on the track or in the mountain... the only thing I included 1-2 times a week were jumping rope like a warm-up due to the calves and feet ...

further test strictly pull ups 18 without just looking at the Pull Up bar all year ... due to my height and weight these are satisfactory numbers.

My Only question about I thinking is Q&D combine with A+A how and How often pre Like in Pavel s books 6-12weeks Q&D a d then A+A

What you think ?

Appreciate
Best

Patrick

@Patrik Novák - I think you are an ideal candidate for Q&D Plan 044 and would thrive on it.

Were I in your training shoes - and I wish I was - I'd do 10/2 with 36 and/or 5/4 with 40 for 8 weeks to start then A+A snatches with the beast plus rucking and then just keep alternating 6 week blocks of each...

The beauty of Q&D is that it leaves you with plenty left in the tank so you can pair it (separate sessions though) with another training modality - go tactical perhaps with deads and strict weighted pull-ups.

Thanks IT look reasonable

I am just wonder if Are there someone who do A+A with rucking besides running...?

My personal opinion is :I dont like running even slow running Iam like briskly walking with Nasal breathing and hiking in the weekend

@pet'
Thank you for posting this article. Never came across it. Very promising way to progress with A+A ballistics. Seems more feasible to be paired with some other physical activity than the 'orthodox' average of 30 repeats each session. I will incorporate it when I finish my current q&d cycle.

Hello,

I run less for I have been doing rucking and sprinting AGT style. It perfectly maintains my running capacity Obviously I am not a competitive runner.

Kind regards,

Pet'

Most of the work I did this summer was A&A and long distance walks ( I can't run anymore). This worked well for me as I was able to get plenty of strength work in with repeats between 20-30 minute

Hello,

@Patrik Novák
Maybe a little bit late, but here is a review of All-Terrain Conditioning which may be interesting

Kind regards,
