Hi its look very interesting to me...
My personal experience : I do A+A snatches for five with medium Bell for me (36kg-40kg) for last two years
I was very interested in the article
my personal opinion:
I am a member of the army and like every year and last year I underwent a 15km accelerated transfer with a backpack vest helmet and a weapon of a total of 50lbs on myself and I had the best time in my career stating that last year I did not run once on the track or in the mountain... the only thing I included 1-2 times a week were jumping rope like a warm-up due to the calves and feet ...
further test strictly pull ups 18 without just looking at the Pull Up bar all year ... due to my height and weight these are satisfactory numbers.
My Only question about I thinking is Q&D combine with A+A how and How often pre Like in Pavel s books 6-12weeks Q&D a d then A+A
