Hi,
Can anyone provide suggestions on using p2p w/qnd?

I guess my main question would be the minimum and maximum effect doeses of each. If I do qnd 2x / wk, would 2 P2Psessions be enough?

I'm more concerned with the minimum for now because I'm sure the max will be something to work towards.

What are you trying to acheive and does the PTTP and Q&D programs facilitate achieving that goal?

I've done both separately. Strength is my main goal but being able to work explosiveness and endurance is a big plus which is why I love qnd, but don't feel as strong from doing it alone. I think combining them would be the ultimate program for me, and want program them as best a#@ possible

You can absolutely run both at the same time. Keep your Q&D work to between 2-4 rounds. Wether you run 5/4 or 2/10 really doesn’t matter. I would probably go a 3 days on, 1 day off just to make you get proper rest.

You can absolutely do both. As strength is your main goal run PTTP as written. Train QnD im4 hours away from PTTP a couple times a week and leave the weekend as rest days (or adjust the weekly schedule as you see fit).

Increase the frequency of your QnD sessions in accordance to time and your recovery capabilities. This is where some experimentation and self discovery will come into play.

If your strength is negatively impacted for more than 2 weeks then dial back the QnD sessions.

Thanks for the replies. Is doing qnd before pttp ill advised? A 4 hr gap between sessions doesn't work w/ my day to day schedule

The 4 hour gap is the minimum gap to avoid interference from 1 adaptation to another.

I should have explained it better.
