Keep moving

Lately more and more problemen falling asleep after a late shift. But still have to get out at 7 am for the kids. Today also a late shift and tomorrow an early one. So again not much sleep.

Simple routine, but works better to wake up than hanging on the couch with even more coffee :)

Yesterday just a 5.5 km walk

This morning:

2.2 km run
- 10 x ( :15 on/:15 off) snatch (16 kg kb)
- 2 minutes rest
- 10 x ( :15 on/:15 off) snatch (18 kg kb)
- 2 minutes rest
- 10 x ( :15 on/:15 off) snatch (16 kg kb)
- 2 minutes rest
- 10 x ( :15 on/:15 off) snatch (18 kg kb)
- 2 minutes rest
- 10 x ( :15 on/:15 off) snatch (16 kg kb)
- 2 minutes rest
2.2 km run

Skipped running today due to heavy snowfall. Werd weather, a week ago it was 26 degrees Celsius and today I woke up in a white world. Snowed all morning, Up tp 2-3 inches of snow and very slippery roads. When I started to workout it started reinig and now a bit of sun. Snow almost gone again.

So today's backyard workout:

5 ROUNDS OF:
- 5/5 clean and press (20 kg kb)
- 5/5 snatch (20 kg kb)
10 x 4/4 clean and press (22 kg kb)
