Well, it's been a busy life and this certainly wasn't my best performance, but here you go. My two recent USPA meets were November, 2020 and April, 2021.

For the last two meets I have weighed in at exactly the top limit of my weight class, 67.5 kg (148.8 lbs). This time, dropping weight for the meet felt easier, and I weighed in happily at 66.8 kg (147.2 lbs).

No video - my wife is my usual videographer but this meet was near where her 100-year-old step-mother lives, and she spent the day with her.

Squat:
Nov, 2020: 70, 75, 80 kg, all good
Apr, 2021: 90, 95, 100 kg, all good
June, 2021: 95 kg was good, 100 kg red-lighted for depth by both side judges, 102.5 kg was good, and it's a NJ state record. Lifetime best SQ for me is 110 kg set 17 years ago, hoping to keep working my way back to that and beyond.

BP:
Nov, 2020: 75, 80, 85 kg, all good
Apr, 2021: 82.5, 87.5 kg, both good, skipped 3rd attempt
June, 2021: 85 kg was good, 90 kg didn't go, skipped 3rd attempt

DL:
Nov, 2020: 147.5 kg was good, 161 kg failed, skipped 3rd
Apr, 2021: 150 kg was good, 162.5 kg was good and set a new US national record for both single lift and PL, skipped 3rd
June, 2021: 152.5 kg, 165 kg failed, skipped 3rd

Lots of first-meet lifters, USPA judges were all great. OTOH, the bay doors were opened to the outside it was 90 F so it got pretty warm by the end.

Bottom line: I don't think I was really any stronger than I was in April. I haven't hit real maxes in my SQ yet and probably could have gotten what I did today at the meet two months ago. Life has been really busy, everything from more work to having relatives visiting for two weeks leading up to the meet - all good stuff I'm very happy to have, but I ended up with too much taper going into the meet and just felt tired and lacking the ability to really bring it all together on the platform. The goals I set, 2.5 kg increase in each lift, weren't unreasonable, but it just wasn't my day.

Now to figure out my training before the Nationals, which are just a few weeks away.

Great reports, Steve. You've made awesome progress on your squat!

Thanks, @Anna C and @ShawnM and @william bad butt. The time since the last meet hasn't been a total loss in training terms, either. I have poor t-spine rotational ability, and I've been diligently working on my kettlebell windmill, and making excellent progress in this important-to-me area.
