Dont know if this is the right place to ask but going to ask anyway. For you who have achieved S&S timed simple did you continue training with the S&S program and still get results or changed to something else?

I continued training S&S. I’m currently on the 2nd month of my step cycle to “Timeless Sinister”.

I definitely still see the benefits. My grip strength has shot up and so has the power and strength from my posterior chain. My 36kg bell feels like my 28kg bell already and I still have 14 weeks left of my step-cycle!

Unless you’re really bored with S&S training, I recommend continuing! But in any case, the best program is the one you do!

It's only been a year for me since I hit Timed. I've done the following;
1) ROP (developed bursitis due to poor shoulder mechanics and had to quit)
2) KB-SF (BJJ) Intermediate (same S&S ingredients; different recipe)
3) S&S 36 kg (reached timeless)
4) KB-SF (BJJ) LCCJ single bell (loads of info on improving shoulder mechanics in this course!)
5) Victorious MP + S&S swings (3 weeks in and good to swing the 36 kg again - even more complementing info on shoulder mechanics in this course)

I love S&S but my pressing is abysmal so on a slight detour currently . I also love LCCJ so expect my future will be something similar to the above until I can clear out my garage and afford my own barbell. Then back to Reload, which will have to be mixed in as well...

After getting up to the timed S&S standard after about a year and a half, I did a round of ROP just to see what it was all about and absolutely loved it. The military presses are a whole different animal and I had to start all the way back at the 16. After working through the 16 and the 24 with ROP, I decided to give A&A a shot, which also was a great new challenge - worked up to doing 200 snatches with the 32 in a single session. The TGU I've kept through pretty much all of it as it really does wonders for my shoulders.

For the last two years I've been running 2-3 month a cycles of S&S, A&A, and ROP (falling back on S&S when I the other two become a bit too taxing), along with either running or stationary biking for aerobic activity 3x a week for ~45mins or so. Never felt better in my life. I'd highly recommend giving ROP or A&A a shot for a season and see if it benefits you.

What comes after Timed Simple is whatever you want man!
What are your goals? What bells do you have access too? Are you bored, are you happy and excited to do the program?

After I hit timed Simple earlier this year, I went to barbell training and some LSD running for the summer. Getting ready to cycle back to kettlebells for the winter. It will either be ROP (pending shoulder pain from the pressing) or S&S.

I would run an A+A protocol with swings or snatches for 6 weeks, then 6 weeks of quick and the dead

Get Fabio's new pressing video course - fantastic stuff, has really upped my game and, to be honest, the improvements in my pressing form have been, for me, more about my shoulders feeling better than me immediately pressing more weight. But fewer injuries, less pain, and all that means you can train more and then you can get stronger.
