Kettlebell Preparing for SFG1 - need advice !

Nice. I did those as well, same course as my 400's, around 1 degree of elevation, and I used the same time cutoff.
Side note: My SFG II re-cert. is coming up in March, have not been able to run for the last 11 weeks, but can do intervals on my mountain bike in a big gear, similar format time wise to the running. Will see how that works motor wise.
