Kettlebell I am in a plateau?

One last thing, how much time do you recomend to stay in each phase? The time needed to do all the workouts on the programs or a fixed one?
Glad to hear!

To make life simple, just the time to follow the programs.

For example:

Phase 1 - Kettlebell Burn: 16 weeks.

Phase 2 - Kettlebell STRONG! then DFW: This one's a little tricky, because "Strong!" is multi-phase. So at least Phase 1. Maybe Phase 2. Then DFW: Minimum 11 weeks.

Phase 3 - Kettlebell Burn EXTREME!, then Kettlebell HARD!: 4 weeks, then 6 weeks, then maybe another 6 weeks: 10-16 weeks.

Phase 4 -
Kettlebell HARD! or Total Tension Complex: 2x 6-week programs OR 6 weeks OR 6 weeks of HARD! + 6. weeks of TTC = 12-18 weeks.

This is just an idea.

If you want to make your life more complex, extend or reduce each cycle based on your outcome.

In phase 2 I should change weights? as after the two phases of STRONG! the bells will feel like toys for DFW.

Yesterday I started Kettlebell Burn 2.0, and holy ****! That was tough! Finishers really finished me!
For sure. Just remember to pace yourself. Build up to the 4th Week in each Phase. If you go too hard during the first week, you will leave yourself no where to go in Week 4 of each Phase. You will end up destroying yourself during the 4th Week.

I went too hard in 2015 when I attempted, but did not complete KB Burn 2.0. I had some other things happen in my professional life and personal life. I quit the program. (I ended up taking a 5 year break from KBs) It was my fault not the program.

I ran the program again this Fall and successfully completed the program. It is a great (challenging) program. I lost over 20 pounds in the program. (I followed a different nutrition program I got from my coach.)

I am currently running Kettle Bell Burn Extreme and loving it. It is my first double KB program.
