I've done a handful of Aleks' programs and like the simplicity and elegance of his programs, including his 9 min KB / BW challenge, his smaller challenges (Get Up Domination, Gaitrix, Exodus) and his signature programs (Gainsgiving, 300, Super 6).
As noted above, one of my favourite takeaways is learning to relax when my tendency is to get tight (e.g. crawling ... imagine how loose yet strong a lion is when they crawl). With his hypertrophy program (Gainsgiving), I made some pretty solid gains in 6 weeks and also felt I was able to move better. I'm currently on another hypertrophy program (Summer Swole) and loving it so far!
And while I love the elegance of his programming, my favourite thing about his programs is the stories he tells, usually about old school strength
