Geoff markets More Kettlebell Muscle as a fat loss program but I am wondering which of the complexes can also be used for hypertrophy.

He has rebranded MKM as Kettlebell Hard. Summarizing what @Geoff Neupert says in the beginning of the book:

More Carbs + Protein + sets of 5 or more reps = hypertrophy
Less Carbs + Protein + sets of 10 or more reps = fat loss.

My sentiments exactly. 14lbs has went on me somewhere and somehow since I last stood on a scale and I’ve just finished the shoulder smoker and I’ve been running 3 times a week. So something did it.
using which KBs?

Just finished a modified shortened version of Upper Back Attack with double 12kg (4 weeks with skipping week 4 and 5 from the program going straight to week 6). There is a lot of volume of half snatches to the point I am getting comfortable with them and single snatches seem like a joke now. This also noticeably improved my conditioning for BJJ. I can confirm the hypertrophy gains as my arms, traps and even rear deltoids (surprising since I did giant already) grew in size.

In fact I heard ripping noises around my arm area when I was wearing my windbreaker the other day so you have been warned. It seems like a common theme in the kettlebell community to need new clothes after doing a Neupert program. That being said I did eat in a slight surplus so hopefully doing the wolf next to get more used to front squats (my most uncomfortable double kettlebell exercise I do regularly) and this time eat slightly less.
