Keep moving

Day of rest changed into a snatch workout.

4 ROUNDS OF:
- 4 x 5 KB snatch (22 kg kb)
1 minute rest
- 2 x 10 pushups
- 1 minute rest
14 x 5 KB snatch (22 kg kb)

Now time to jump back in the swimming pool.
 
Thanks Brett. We all want to travel and seem to forget the beauty in our own environment.
This is true, I really appreciate things that are literally in our 'back yard'.. more now than ever before. I see too many people with faces in phones, and speakers in ears, they miss everything..
 
5 minutes squats (bulgarian bag)
5 ROUNDS OF:
- 1 km run
- 20 squats & 10/10 lunges *

Last set total 5 minutes with bulgarian bag :
So last set was 20 squats - 10/10 lunges - squats till 5 minutes.

Also tried the spins again but only 1 set of 5/5. Hands way too slippery due to sweat and safety first. So just skipped it. But did not skip leg day
