Hi all, first time posting here.

I've decided to take part in The Wolf Run (The Wolf Run - Information) in April 2016 which is basically a 10km run/ obstacle course.

Does anybody have any experience with something like this and any advice on how best to structure my training?

S&S 4-5 times a week is the only training I am currently doing.

Cheers.

Nothing about the training, but wear warmer clothes than you think you need.
If the run is not superbly organised there will be times when instead of constantly running you just have to wait before an obstacle, because there's too much "traffic". I've experienced up to 15min of waiting before one obstacle.
This can get really, really uncomfortable. Especially if you're wet from a previous obstacle.

Great advice, thanks for that.
