I’ve added three different sizes of steel macebells to my collection. They’re an interesting addition. Can do lots of fun shoulder exercises, functional movements, ballistic movements, and asymmetrical movements. I don’t use them as the core of my training, but I like them for bulletproofing, prehab, and adding variety. One interesting movement I’ve tried with them is hanging a kettlebell on the same end as the mace ball and doing deadlifts. With the weight being asymmetrical on a moment arm, it changes the dynamics quite a bit.
