For a pair of 24 kg - one is 23.5, the other one 24.6 . Is that a problem on a long run? The bells are from a different brand. One has a wider flat bottom. For the rest - the handle and the bell size are extremely similar.
What do you guys think - is it worth a hustle to try to get it closer?

I would just switch hands between sets and not worry about it.

Neither are that far off of the 24, so IMO not a big difference when doing singles, but I recommend switching hands between sets during double KB training, like BJJ Shawn said. That is a big difference between eachother, since the 1.1kg (2.4lbs) difference will add up with your load volume. Kettlebell weight jumps every 4 kg, and these are more than a ¼ of that difference between eachother.
I don't think it's a problem, however, if you plan your training with that in mind.

Were these competition bells or cast iron bells?

KB USA weight tolerances for their comp bells is 100 grams.

Cast iron bells, different brands.
I think it's all good. My left shoulder has an injury and is more mobile, my right AC is injured, and my neck muscles are also asymmetrical. Nothing is perfect.
Considering the volume with the bells, I think I will be good if I swap the left and right bell every couple of training sessions. Or, maybe, using a heavier bell for the off-hand.

Would these be good for kettlebells Or would they fly off?

NEVER MIND MANUFACTURER SAYS DO NOT USE FOR KETTLEBELLS.
  • While the PlateMate® may attach to a kettlebell, we do not advise using them with a kettlebell. Upon swinging, it becomes unsafe.

I completely ignored what the manufacturer said and have used them on my KBs a few times.

Stuck to the bottom, it wasn't an issue for C&P.

With swings, I noticed it had slide a bit from original location.
