Other/Mixed Do Onions Increase Testosterone?

Other strength modalities (e.g., Clubs), mixed strength modalities (e.g., combined kettlebell and barbell), other goals (flexibility)
"Good" organic farmers should be using less fertilizers and more nitrogen fixation via crop rotating legumes if they consider sustainability to be a goal.

Of course, inorganic farmers should be doing that, too, but I somewhat expect organic farmers to try a bit harder if they have a goal sustainable, as opposed to just earning a label.
Yeah, that would be great. Unfortunately, it doesn't get around the land use and tilling issues that increase soil runoff that not using herbicide has.

But food is highly commoditized. As soon as someone comes up with a "Certified Sustainable" label, it will get watered down to mean nothing but a price increase like Organic has.

Oh whats this? I didn't mean to get up on my "buy local food" soapbox!

I dunno, I think those are two different but sometimes overlapping circles (Venn Diagram) - sustainable agriculture, permaculture, and organic. Someone could be all 3, but not necessarily.

My main reason for organic is to reduce pesticide exposure, primarily to glyphosate. That means oats and soy primarily.

Also not thrilled with the % of unintended alterations to DNA from CRISPR. I readily accept there is a massive amount of information I am unaware of re pros and cons.

Primarily it is to avoid high levels of pesticide exposure and political issues with allowing corporations to control seed supply, has nothing to do with nutrient content.

I'm sick of the vegan and yoga garbage. If you want to be a weak bendy weeping bitch with a ma-bun, its a perfect recipe.

I eat loads of beef, beef liver, and fresh raw eggs and lift heavy weights. My testosterone levels are mid range(500-600) but I always have high free test levels.
Liver and onions man, love that stuff. I can't get my kids or future ex wife to touch it.

Actually it's quite low in PUFA.
Its 15% PUFA, but from what I understand from the seed oils crowd, cooking MUFAs releases free radicals which skyrocket inflammation. So cooking with olive oil is advised against by the theory. (Strong Medicine 2015)

But please take the dumb joke at face value as a dumb joke.
