QUICKSILVER:
Expert Stretching for MMA

You are a fighter. Why are you stretching like a yogi, a gymnast, or a physical therapy patient?

Enter QUICKSILVER, a stretching program by top experts designed specifically for MMA.

Follow this video for several months and you will:
  • Increase your shoulder and thoracic spine range of motion with our unique weighted stretches
  • Make your shoulders resilient by building strength in the extreme—most vulnerable!—range of motion
  • Loosen up your stiff neck like never before with the “3S”
  • Release your tight lower back with the “Toe Touch 2.0”
  • Boost your power by “taking your brakes off”—releasing the tight hip flexors you fight every time you kick and punch
  • Develop an exceptionally high—knee to chest!—chamber for stealthy front kicks
  • Lengthen your hamstrings without irritating them—and let your kicks fly
  • Effortlessly “roll” your hips into devastating roundhouse kicks
  • Noticeably increase your roundhouse kicking power—even if it wasn’t lacking to start with
  • Achieve a front split or get close to it

Learn only in QUICKSILVER:

· 3 Stretching Master Principles—universal for all your stretches, not just the ones on the video, and even for strength training

· 3 Stretching “Power Tools”—extraordinarily powerful techniques for making the stiffest bodies supple (again, applicable to most stretches, not just the ones shown)

· Arcane internal martial arts style cues and awareness drills for bending your body to your will

· Strength Stretching Programming

Professional stretching demands the same level of planning and attention to detail as strength training. Use proven programming tools—Heavy-Medium-Light System, Specialized Variety, Cycling, and Leapfrogging—to achieve superior results.

State-of-the-art detailed training cycles for the front split and the straddle are included—and you can easily design your own plans for other stretches with your newfound knowledge.

QUICKSILVER will give you an edge in offense and defense. It will unleash your martial power by reducing internal resistance—while making you resilient through greater strength in compromised positions.

For a fighter’s body, the ideal is the liquid metal cyborg in a classic Terminator film. It is a star on the horizon. You will never reach it, but with QUICKSILVER you have a shot at getting as close to it as a human can…

Get QUICKSILVER today and bend your body to your will.

This is through BJJ Fanatics. Don't forget to use discount code. Currently there is a 40% off one. If there isn't a discount, just wait. Discount codes pop up constantly. If you are extra patient, this will eventually go on their daily deal that will drop price 50%and then you can stack discount code on top of it.

I bought it and started to watch it.
It‘s awesome to see Pavel & Jon together talking about my weak spots.

But:

The sound quality the beginning of the video is poor, really not as professional as it‘s usual. That is disappointing.

Any feedback on how long you'd spend each day doing the program?

I only have first impressions. I did NOT go through everything.

There is a sample program for the lower body - the rest has to be programed by yourself.
I can‘t say how much time you need for your training at this moment. It‘s 5x per week.

Whenever I have more information, I will come back (Short in time these days…).

Why exactly is that?

As far as i know you can "return it" - if you haven't downloaded all the content already.

I've downloaded it.

But now that I've read that this video is not a follow-along video, I'm glad I purchased Flexible Steel instead. For my stretching, I want nothing more than to shut my brain off and follow-along. I don't want to do any programming.

The reason I bought Flexible Steel was because I thought it was the height of SF flexibiliy/mobility work, not realizing there was a brand new product about to be released. I'll forego the recent tweaks for mindless stretching.

If you downloaded the *pdf AND the videos* chances are high you need to keep it..

I enjoy having the videos, so I can "double check" if i understood the instuctions of a specific movement given in the book.
Already the first demo (the egyptian) was an eye opener, apparently the guy who "taught" me the move didn't know how to perform it properly..

Sorry to hear you didn't get what you expected.

Bought it yesterday, admittedly haven’t looked through the programming and video in massive detail but it looks to be mostly lower-body centric. Would love there to be some guidance and programming on the upper body too.

Does sound like it’s going to advance the way I stretch regularly though!

It's stated as the same principles.
Admittedly, I've only read the pdf so far and not watched the videos.

Im curious in this, im not a fighter, i just golf, but i found the kettlebells strongfirst course to be good for my golf. Im thinking this might work as well. The talk about this being lower body confused is concerning for me. Is there really a lack of upper body mobility in the video?
