Kettlebell Which GN program gave you the most results?

And what results did you achieve?

I’m currently on RMF with 32kg bells (clean and jerk is my favorite lift). I’m going to post results after I finish the advanced phased.

But I’ve done a full run of King Sized Killer to 2.0 once with a 28kg and 1.0 with a 32kg and got leaner, stronger, and more conditioned (obviously) without dieting perfectly (almost all programs didn’t diet perfectly).

Did the giant to 2.0 with 28kg and 32kg and i never Felt stronger rolling against people on the mats. Almost same results as the snatch. Except more strength.

Did half of kettlebell strong (got injured half way through from Jiu Jitsu) but had to stop. But yea def got strong as hell. I did it with 40kg.

All in all just for fun convo what’s your fav @Geoff Neupert program?

I did Dry Fighting Weight and got stronger in the legs, although food didn't follow. I tried to leaned out by lowering calories input but that was a mistake. IMHO, with suck grinds and volume, it's better to eat too much than too less.

I'm on RMF too, with 24kg for 2 weeks. Lost some waist while keeping the weight, feeling already more conditioned.

It took me some time to learn the Jerk, but when I saw Pavel, Geoff and Hector singing its praises, I had to learn it. No regrets, it delivers.

Ran Burn 2.0 - dropped 20+lbs and felt MUCH stronger.

Now running alternate phases of Giant (20kg doubles) and King Sized Killer (24kg), and now LOOK much stronger. Clothes tighter around shoulders and triceps.

I fell off a wall when i was 8, fracture / dislocation of left elbow and since then have been unable to extend past 130 degrees and have spent my life with obviously mismatched arms! No longer boss - strength and muscle on it now - so pleased.

GN's plans have transformed me from a weak pasty Scotsman to a stronger pasty Scotsman, and as I hit 50 in a few weeks I haven't felt as good for ages.

Also: my blood pressure has dropped 25 points, and cleans = GUNS!

Regards to all.

I just wrapped up King-Sized Killer and that for me has to be the program I've most enjoyed thus far. I saw the most results in KSK, leaned out while being a mild caloric deficit, packed on some muscle, and endurance went way up. KSK became such a favorite I'm running it back in a few weeks.

The Wolf with 20kg's was a memorable one as well, my endurance and leg strength was powerful. That Day 3 challenges you mentally and physically like the first round of Hagler vs. Hearns.

I'm currently on Week 1 of The Giant 3.0 with double 24's and have a feeling this one will be a favorite as well.

I'm about 10 to 15 lbs away from where I want to be. Then I want to run 12 weeks of Kettlebell Muscle while eating in abundance.

Overall Geoff's programming significantly altered my life.

Plans and suggestions I followed

Kettlebell muscle: ran it during the holiday season and didn't get fat despite the almost ad libitum eating

Burn extreme: helped me get leaner despite not being as strict as when we had an accountability plan at my gym

Kettlebell muscle extreme: managed to clean and push press 28s for 13 reps weighing about 145 pounds

Kettlebell burn reloaded got me close to timeless sinister getups (4 sets)

Did P3 style deadbugs, which helped me get back from a lower back injury and squatted 295 for a triple

I love the alternating phase idea a few people on this forum have jumped on with The Giant and KSK.

Definitely a future block of training for myself.

I found GN’s pyramid levels 1-6 and the different goals / exercises to reach next level profound. Will work towards these. Likely to work the GIANT until I can C+P 1/3 bw for 100 reps per arm, then tackle one of the other strength milestones. TGU 1/2 bw multiple reps, 1H swings 1/2 bw 10x10, snatching 1/3 bw 10x10, MP 1/2 bw each arm, C+PP 1/2 bw on each arm for up to 100 reps in a session. What’s crazy is these are level 4 goals. I’ve already completed timed simple so will return to S&S to complete the swing and TGUs.

Best results in terms of body comp/scale: The Wolf
Most enjoyable: Kettlebell Wod
Best results in terms of Strength: Strong (of course)
Least enjoyable: The One ( for obvious reasonsunless you really enjoy pushing the needle )
Can’t go wrong with GN’s programming.
Love it. It’s the one program by @Geoff Neupert i dont Have haha. I wanna peep it.

I wanna try dry fighting weight as well. Mixing squats with clean and press hits all bases.

Great results from Giant, and Strong. The Wolf killed me, but I want to do it again. Loved all of them. Want to try KSK, but I’m not great at the drop. I’ve thought about doing it with a heavier bell and doing the half snatch, but there’s a tonne of volume so not sure if I’d die in a sweaty heap or not haha

I do the half-snatch - it just felt more natural for me - and 'negative' presses into the rack are *chefs kiss*. Hoping it gives me some extra help in prep for the next Giant phase.

I forget what the wolf is…. And when you come down on the drop with the snatch treat it like you’re hiking it far back like you’re doing regular single arm swings.

So many great programs by Geoff Neupert. I really liked the Giant programs. I'm guilty of program hopping but the Giant kept me on the program, because I both liked the sessions as wel as the results.
I really like to do STRONG but I don't have a 3-5rm pair.
For now I want to lean out a bit. On one hand I was thinking of alternating the Giant and KSK (either in blocks or ABA BAB style), but on the other hand I don't want to butcher the original intent for the programs. I also have RMF. I was thinking of doing either KSK or RMF for the coming weeks to get leaner and after that buy a 2nd bell for a 3-5rm pair and start STRONG.
In what program did you have better results for getting leaner? KSK or RMF?

Have run “you don't know squat”, “shoulder smoker” and most recently “Maximorum”. I enjoyed the other two and got good results but i much more enjoyed maximorum which also yielded great results. The previous two are complex/high intensity based. I prefer my exercises in isolation and heavier.

Maximorum checks all the boxes imo. I could see it being hard to manage if you have another sport or physical hobby since it demands a fair amount out of you. I managed to keep up with it while training for a half marathon too, but running really took a backseat and the race is this weekend, we’ll see how it goes, lol.

I’ve ran Geoff’s programming for about 14 months now. One month of DFW and the rest of Giant. I took Giant from 24kgs to 60# to 30kgs. Super happy with it obviously or I wouldn’t still be running it. A year ago 90 C&P reps of 2x30kgs in 30 minutes would have been laughable, but now it’s just another weekday.

Which RMF are you running, I think there are multiple versions. Either way 32kgs is beastly. I attempted to do the 12 week version, using 3 days a week of 30 minutes a session with 28kg bells a few years ago, and after 6 weeks my body just shut down.

I wasn’t as good at auto regulation back then and simply pushed too hard, i think 20 kgs might be my long cycle bells these days.

I saw rmf advertised again recently with some new plans, and im wondering if it’s slightly less brutal than the original version

Either... What you'll need to do is dial in your eating
