Kettlebell 1TRM EV PS with DB MP + Pullup

Thanks, I wasn't sure if it was suited for two movements at the same time.

If I understand correctly, this is also a Built Strong based plan. But while with BTS3 you have H,M,L days and so three movements can be integrated, here there is only one intensity zone.
 
Hi everyone,

after a year of single arm military presses I would like to change things a bit by using double bells and adding pull ups. My idea was to use The 1TRM EV PS Program: Escalating Volume in the Plan Strong Style, upping the volume to 300 NL (what I am used to) and supersetting pullups (like ROP).

You think that is a good approach, or would you suggest something else?

Are you going to keep the same rep ladders? That obviously makes more sets.
Victorious has a higher NL than you're proposing.

Yes, but it also depends on how heavy the pull ups feel after the DMP. And Victorious I starts with 350NL, and I will start with 320 NL, so the first heavy day is 2x(2,3,5), which feels very easy for me (it is what I can do in 2x6 minutes and based on Powertrain).
