That article blew my mind and came to an unexpected, but wholly believable conclusion. I also love how it compares the pros and cons of the various exercises. It also makes me want to bench press!

It completely shattered my sense of moral superiority as a #NeverBencher

I will point out though that he doesn't put the getup into the competition for best press because I guess it is more than a mere press. I'd think the getup is giving me enough that I can still feel superior, hahaha. I can certainly crank out one arm pushups without training for them no problem because I presume the getup gives me the strength for them.
