Hi everybody!
A question concerning my abs:
My two upper rows in the six-pack is further appart than the lowest row. By accident I happend to glance down at my midsection during training with the Ab Wheel and I saw a protrution in this area. Should I do something about it to lower the risk of a hernia?

Could be genetic and that is where your attachment points are.
