Yesterday’s main set of 30x10 1H 32kg Swings OTM yielded the following Bla and HR values. Big difference from two weeks ago were
1. Stronger hands
2. Stronger back
3. Consistent rate and power
4. Consistent RPE throughout.
I’m using a similar protocol to @Anna C used via mr Al Ciampa

16,18,20,24
3.6,4.0,4.0,3.7 mmol/l
Average heart rates 170-175 -visual off polar monitor.
These numbers and heart rates seemed to be manageable for an extended period of time.
The 32kg bell seems to be an appropriate load.
Work done in cold storage - a cold west wet coast unheated garage.
SFG is 5 weeks away. Prep is going well. Thanks everyone for your support on this great community
