Thought I'd detail my current work and see what you all think:
  • one week of 200 swings per day @ 53lb spaced throughout the day, followed by:
  • three weeks of 300 swings per day @ 53lb spaced throughout the day, followed by:
  • two weeks of 400 swings per day @ 53lb with 3 or 4 presses done immediately after the swings, and still going.
  • two days totally off in those 5 or 6 weeks, one day at 25 swings only.
Reasons:
  • 2.5 year old and 8 week old preclude going to the gym
  • living where I work (boarding school) allows me to head home, check on the fam, and get 4x25 in every couple hours.
Results
  • not much on the scale, but the drop is coming
  • looser pants and down a belt size
  • bigger shoulders and guns
  • might finally get a butt.
  • grooves for both swings and presses getting better

Sound good!
Did you any changes on diet?
How much cm you lose on your waist?
What is guns muscle? :)

What's your progression plan?
