Well I am not good at English at all but I have a question
I can do sinister I mean I can do S&S with 48kg bell

I did 48kg GU before ETK with weighted pull up so I achieved doing sinister
(My 6-Month Plan for Pressing the Beast | StrongFirst
-> this is what I did. I did it 36kg one arm L&R C&P + 10kg pull up, 48kg 5/5 GU as warm up)

But in Q&D book boss pavel said don't do kind of things like GU before Q&D

Then when can I do GU when I do Q&D?
Is there anyone who do Q&D with other extra exercise?

I might think....
Tuesday & Thursday : Q&D
Saturday : ETK with weighted pull up and warm up with 48kg GU 10s
Monday & Wednesday : doing just 48kg GU 10s

How is it?
Does it ruin the pricipal of Q&D?
Or does it go well with concept of Q&D?

Pavel just says not to do anything before Q&D, as you want to be fresh for the power work, just like doing the swings first in S&S. You can certainly do your TGU's after the Q&D session.

Something like that, yeah, but you probably don't have to limit yourself to doing TGU's only on the lightest Q&D days. Maybe adjust the volume each day according to how much you rolled for Q&D. Pavel mentions several times that it's easy to fit other stuff in with Q&D, with his main caveat being to do Q&D first, so you are fresh for the power work.
