Hello strongfirst community,

The last month I trained S&s with the 48 kg in 10x10 reloaded style. You know the protocol from pavels Q&D book. I got some good results. I trained S&s with this protocol 3 days a week. And on the fourth day I compressed the rest to as much as I can 2 minutes, 1 1 /2 minutes.

The 48 kg kettlebell gets easier and easier and more powerful. So my stamina improved too. For me it's a piece of the puzzle on the way to Sinister which I want to reach at the end of this year.

This post is just to write my wxpieren e with the 10x10 rel. Protocol.
 
Yes it's very versatile.

I got to talk to Hyun Jin Choi last December since I also want to eventually work up to sinister. She mentioned this approach and recommended really focus on recovering between sets, letting each rep fly

Did this and it worked like a charm, unlocked timeless sinister swings
