I am in my testing week of Fábio’s simple strength for difficult times part one. (Goblet squat, KB press, BW pull up) I am planning on beginning his part to plan (same movements) and was using this testing week to establish my TRMs part two requires three distinct TRMs for each move. (2-6TRM, 7-11TRM, 12-16TRM)
I’m looking for some guidance on how to get these three TRMs in the most efficient and effective manner preferably on one day.
