Kettlebell SFG1 Prep/Brett Jones

Hello!

I would like to ask if it would make sense to add Pull Ups and Push Ups to the SFG1 Prep Plan from Brett Jones.

If yes, GtG style or on specific days?

There is a lot of work built into the program but you might be able to add some sets of pull-ups and pushups on the swing and snatch focus days during the week.
Keep an eye on your recovery
 
If your using the plan to prep for a future cert then I recommend keeping the goal the goal and focus on the tested lifts.

I also recommend running any program as written once or twice to fully experience it before making changes.

However, if I did add Pull Ups. I would go the GTG route because it's less draining and helps me avoid tendonitis in my elbows.
