Kettlebell Kb strong or total tension complex

What would be a better choiche for a martial artist who want to get a bit stronger and leaner?
Kb strong seems a good choiche because its simple. But the total tension complex you do more exercises and that is maybay better (because you use more muscles) and its simple to.
Any advice?
 
I would vote for kb strong, especially if you have martial arts practice. Total tension is pretty tough to recover from if doing other activities in addition. If its your offseason either would probably work. S&S is usually recommend for martial arts as well
